  • 2 tbsp chopped Coriander Leaf
  • 5 tsp Garlic Puree or grated Garlic
  • 250ml Tomato Passata
  • 6 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
  • 100ml Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp freshly ground Black Pepper
