Quiche is a savoury, open-faced pastry crust with a filling of savory custard with one or more of cheese, meat, seafood or vegetables. Quiche can be served hot or cold.
Ingredients:
Bacon (as much as you like, chopped)
large tub VLF Cottage cheese
4 Eggs
Method:
Dry fry bacon
beat eggs, add the cottage cheese (looks disgusting but ignore that) then add the bacon and mix.
Pop in an oven proof dish and cook for 30 mins or so on 200 until it’s golden brown. Eat hot or cold with a big salad.
