Ingredients

  •  250 g Tub of Quark
  •  Large handful of basil
  •  Large handful of mint
  •  Large handful of dill
  •  2 Cloves of garlic peeled
  •  Zest and Juice of a lemon
  •  Plenty of black pepper and sea salt

Instructions

  1. Blitz everything together until completely smooth.
  2. Serve over hot pasta or on grilled meat or fish.
