4 Chicken Breasts
1 Onion chopped
1 Red Pepper
1 Green Pepper
1 Can of Sugar Free Fanta (330ml)
3 Tablespoons Passata
1 Vegetable Stick Cube
1 teaspoon Vinegar
Fresh Pineapple Chunks
Chop the chicken breasts into cubes and seal off in Frylight
Add large chunks of onion, red and green peppers, and heat till they start to soften
Add the Fanta, passata, stock cube and vinegar.
Bring to the boil, stirring to dissolve stock cube. Simmer for 25-30 mins
At the last minute add some fresh pineapple chunks (if cooked it counts as syns!)
Serve with rice or noodles.
